We would like to invite you on a journey through the history of Texparts. Please find the most important milestones from the beginning of this company until today.

2013 Oerlikon sells the business units Natural Fibers and Textile Components to the Jinsheng Group.
2008 Name change according to the merger with the location Münster to: Oerlikon Textile Components GmbH and buildup of Indian production in Halol.
2007 OC Oerlikon takes over the Saurer Group. Name change to Oerlikon Accotex Texparts GmbH and acquistion of Oberviechtach.
2003 Buildup of Chinese production in Suzhou.
2001 Several acquisitions - made possible by success of TEXParts GmbH.
1999 Saurer takes over what is left of the textile components business and establishes TEXParts GmbH in Fellbach with 52 of the former employees.
1998 Shut down of SKF Textilmaschinenkomponenten GmbH (480 employees at that time).
1975 Establishment of Singapore plant.
1953 SKF of Sweden acquires VKF.
1929 Beginning of textile components production in Cannstatt.
1921 Foundation of Vereinigte Kugellagerfabriken AG (VKF) in Cannstatt.
